Looking to get out some aggression, well here you go. I dig this inflatable Punching Bag by Velocity Boxing. It seems to be made out of good, strong material. And its a lot of fun to punch, this is the perfect way to work out some stress. Just punch away and it keeps coming back for more. I took Kung Fu for 5 years, so I've used many punching bag. Now I can tell you this is not a super heavy duty one made for hours of punching at full speed but its great for a small workout. It comes with manual foot pump for easy inflation just remember to fill up the bottom with water to give it some weight on the bottom so it keeps bouncing back. Great Product.
