Zahler Whey Protein Meal Replacement Powder Review

This protein powder made by Zahler was not one of my favs. I did not hate it. It made my smoothie very foamy the taste was ok but I don't know if I could get past the texture. The price was a bit much for only a pound, at about $34. It comes in many different flavors but we got to try the vanilla, which strangely enough smelt like cake batter. But like I said before I did like the taste if it wasn't for the foam and the price this product would be great. If you like a little foam in your smoothie and you don't mind the price you should check this out.

Infrared Knee Support Sleeve Review

I want to tell you about this really cool knee brace and I have to say this is the best knee brace I have ever used. A few years ago I started having chronic pain in my right knee from running. It got so bad it was hurting when I was not running. So I started wearing a knee brace while running. Some have been bulky and some just to stiff. This knee brace is perfect. There hasn't been any pain while running and it not at all stiff. Now it's not the prettiest thing but I think the comfort totally out weighs the look. If you suffer from knee pain to you really should check  out this product.

Compression & Support Sleeve: Tourmaline Far Infrared (FIR) Series
Whether your purchasing to simply warm your knees during the day, use as a recovery aid from sports related injuries, suppress chronic pain, such as arthritis or osteoarthritis, or to provide that needed compression during sports activities, this sleeve was designed to maximize its use.

What makes this sleeve unique?

1. Free Range of Motion, Stays Firmly In Place: Designed for maximum comfort, there are no hard edges, instead, the elasticized fabric is ergonomically designed to provide the needed compression and support while keeping the maximum possible comfort.

2. This product is made with activated Black Tourmaline, a naturally occurring semi-precious crystal, containing Boron and complex silicate minerals - known as the "Electric Stone" - as it has been shown to produce a weak electrical charge, which is what enables it to produce and emit Far Infrared Rays (FIR) and Negative Ions. Before the Tourmaline is infused into the fiber it is crushed into powder and altered at the nano-scale to better react with lower temperatures (your own body temperature) to safely emit the Far Infrared Rays.

What Does This Mean?

• The Tourmaline gives the product an antibacterial activity.
• The FIR, while invisible to the naked eye, elevates the knee temperature without making you feel hot.
• The FIR promotes the repair of tissues and the regeneration of cells, aiding in the reduction of inflammation and pain.
• The Product gives you the comfort and support you need, while providing a bonus therapeutic property to the knee.
