Body Merry Products Review

Stretch Marks & Scars Defense Cream Review

I really do love Body Merry's stretch mark cream. I've only been using it a few weeks but I can definitely tell that my stretch marks are a lot smoother and that they have faded some, it's hard to tell from the picture. It's a thick cream that has a little grit to it. If you're looking for something to help fade your stretch marks and scars this is the product for you.
Body Merry’s Stretch Marks & Scars Defense Cream is just that - a natural and organic formula consisting of organic cocoa butter and shea butter, alongside lots of pure plant oils and vitamins. This cream provides intense moisturization and nourishes your skin to help visibly reduce the appearance of existing marks and scars, whatever be the cause. Not only that, it effectively prevents the formation of new ones.  Like all our products, it is free from harsh chemicals such as parabens, sulfates and phthalates.

Hyaluronic Acid Serum Review

First off let me start by saying I did not like this serum as much as other serums I have used in the past. It is thicker than most serum I have used and feels a little sticky when you first put it on, but once it dries it is no longer sticky. I will continue to use this product  until it is all gone but I probably would not get it again. If you like a thicker serum you should try it out for yourself.

  • DEWY RADIANCE: Nurture your skin with this superior hydrating serum and your skin will respond with an almost instant glow (minus the oily 'shine'). Made for those who are looking to rejuvenate their skin and give it a fresh start!
  • NOT JUST HYDRATION: This professional grade VEGAN hyaluronic acid serum not only moisturizes and nourishes your skin, but also provides superior anti-aging benefits by tackling wrinkles and fine lines head on. Body Merry's Hyaluronic Dew Serum is the perfect anti-aging moisture rich product - formulated for all skin types, free of any potential irritants.
  • NATURAL & ORGANIC: Plant derived Hyaluronic Acid is cushioned and supported by powerful antioxidants such as Vitamin C, Green Tea and Organic Jojoba Oil, to give your skin a youthful, bright and even complexion. Free from harsh chemicals such as Parabens, Sulfates and Phthalates. No fragrances or alcohol.

Age Defense Eye Cream Review

I've only been using this eye cream for a few weeks. I haven't noticed any big differences in those few weeks. I don't have to many problems around my eyes, but I do have some crows feet. They are not really to pronounced, but they are there. I do feel a slight tingle when I use this product so I'm sure it is doing something. I probably just need to use it longer to see better results.

  • EASY ON YOUR EYES: This lightweight formula is a gentle and effective solution for all your eye woes including Dark Circles, Wrinkles and Puffiness. You can now let your eyes express everything but your age!
  • 70+ POWER PACKED INGREDIENTS: The only eye cream on the market that has over 70 power packed ingredients including: Vitamins C + E + B5, Peptide Complex, Amino Acid Emulsification, Hyaluronic Acid, Retinol, Antioxidants, MSM and many many more!
  • NATURAL & ORGANIC COMPONENTS: It has potent natural and organic ingredients such as Aloe, Rose Hip Oil, Jojoba Oil, Coconut Oil, Beeswax, Cranberry, Licorice, Sunflower Oil, Borage Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Lavender, Calendula, Chamomile, Witch Hazel, Cocoa Butter, Cucumber, Green Tea - to name just a few! No harsh chemicals such as Parabens, Sulfates and Phthalates.

Amelia's 1 Month Update

Our baby girl turned one month on December 8. And Amelia is getting so big, when she was born she was 6 lbs. 15 oz. At her one-month appointment she is now 8 lbs. 3 oz. When we were leaving the hospital she was so tiny, it was hard to get her into the car seat. But we eventually got her situated with the help of the nurse. On the way home we were pretty worried that something was going to happen, but I guess that is the case with most first-time parents. But everything was okay and we made it home safely. We have three dogs and I was pretty sure they would all get along great with Amelia. I did think Penny are Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix would be scared of her because she is scared of everything, but she loved her sister.
Unfortunately Cody's job does not have paternity leave so after a week he had to go back to work. I get six weeks and it's going to be really hard going back to work after being with her for that long,  even harder because I will be going back the week of Christmas.
As new parents you learn things. Like sometimes you have to wait when they go to the bathroom to change their diaper because they may not be finished. I remember one of those first days me and Cody were changing her diaper, as we were changing her she started going again, it was an explosion. All we could do was laugh. It's those memories that we will share with her one day when she is an adult and laugh about.

Every day I see her growing and getting bigger. My little girl is so long and skinny. Right now she is still wearing newborn clothes, size 0 to 3 months is still too big for her. Newborn diapers are too tight, and size one are a little too big she is in that in-between stage. When we were in the hospital she was having trouble eating at first, during one night she only had 5 mL. This is why she was a little jaundice and we almost had to stay an extra day. But now she is up to four ounces and she gets really impatient when her bottle is not warming up fast enough. I love watching all the little things she got from us both. Like when she strecthes she makes alot of noise. She got all those grumps and groans from Cody. When she yawns she makes this little hissing sound after, and I'm like, thats me I do that. Oh and she makes the best faces. Another funny thing she does is smile and laugh at the racoon on her wall when we change her diaper. We love watching her grow bigger and bigger each day. Well I think that's all for now, see you at her 2 month update.

A Tate Update

Hello everyone it has been quite sometime since we have wrote a post. Some of you may know why and some may not. At the beginning of this year we found out we were going to be parents. For those first couple months the morning sickness was pretty bad. But on November 8, we welcomed our beautiful baby girl, Amelia, into this world. She was 6 pounds 15 ounces and 19 inches long.
Throughout the pregnancy I had something called white coat syndrome where almost every time I went to the doctor my blood pressure was high but when I would check it at home it was always normal. Because of this they wanted to induce me at 39 weeks. We went in to the hospital on Thursday night at 6:30. I did not start to dilate until late Friday night. But when I started to dilate I went from a 1 to a 9 in a matter of three hours and was unable to get an epidural, I was able to get pain medicine to help with the contractions. And luckily because I could feel everything it only took about five pushes, maybe 15 minutes, for her to come out. Because the pain medicines were still in my system she wasn't breathing right away but when she did and I heard that cry it melted my heart. Me and Cody are totally head over heels in love with our baby girl.
