Ok you can pretty much put anything in it. I'm in love this mug, the feel of it when I'm holding it in my hand. The only down fall was when I drank my Summer Shandy out of it, it was not good, it had a strange metallic taste to it. But everything else was awesome, the look is awesome and it seems like it's very well made and very sturdy. I didn't try hammering any nails into walls with it but it can take a fall, and could possibly be used as a weapon in a zombie apocalypse situation, so two uses in one. I didn't have a problem with my beer getting warm, it stayed cool long enough for me to drink it.
