It is very easy to shallow and at a great price of $35 you can't lose. I know what your thinking, $35 is not a great price for vitamins. But that is where you are wrong. With these vitamins you only take one a day and you get 200. That's about 6 months worth of vitamins. That's just about $5.83 a month. I have never seen vitamins at such a great value and my hair has never looked better. Love this product.
