100 Naturals Upbiotics: Advanced Probiotic All Natural Review

I've got another probiotic for you guys this one is 100 Naturals Upbiotics. Probiotics are really good at giving you the good bacteria you need and getting rid of all that bad bacteria. I originally started taking a probiotic because of an infection I had after my pregnancy.  Since I've been taking a probiotic my immune system has been great. I have not gotten sick since I've been taking them. I have not even had a problem with my allergies. Cody started taking this probiotic when he was sick with bronchitis, the boost to his immune system helped him get better quicker. It's a great way of getting good bacteria if you don't like eating yogurt every day, which I don't. It's also a great way to improve your digestive health. We highly recommend this product.

100 Naturals Joint 3X Review

I have creaks and pops in my joints from years of skate boarding, roller blading, climbing trees and jumping out of said trees. I use glucosamine to help keep my joints healthy, so I can keep up with my less extreme activities like running and yoga. When I got the chance to try 100 Naturals Joint 3X, Glucosamine/Chondroition Plus I jumped at it. And it really seems like it's helping a lot. I don't feel the pops and cracks I usually feel and it helps with the aches and pains. The only thing I am not a fan of is having to take 5 pills a day, but I do have to say it does seem to help.
