I have creaks and pops in my joints from years of skate boarding, roller blading, climbing trees and jumping out of said trees. I use glucosamine to help keep my joints healthy, so I can keep up with my less extreme activities like running and yoga. Number One Nutrition Glucosamine Review

This product helped Cody a lot so I'm going to let him tell you about it. First off I wasn't really sure how I would do a review on this product, but after taking it for about two weeks I knew exactly what to say. You see I work a job where I am on my feet for 10+ hours a day. On top of that I try to get a run in once in a while but do to the stress of standing all day my ankles were taking a beating.
